Hey, upgrade it if you like. It will accommodate an 11-speed group. You can get some good deals on components and wheels as the year progresses because of the end-of-year sales. If you ask about components individually you might get better answers. $450 is a decent price for that frame. See if you can also sell off some of the things that came on the bike.
