Ultegra is really overkill for that frame. I would recommend the new Shimano 105 (5800) 11-speed group set. Way more reasonably priced, and more appropriate. Supposedly it includes technology handed down from the Ultegra sets.

Fulcrum S5's would be a wise choice.
