Yeah, it shouldn't be a problem if removed properly. Most press fit BBs - which is what is in a BB86 - have a plastic or rubber shell around the bearings, so there isn't much to cause damage.

This should be the BB you need: Press Fit 24 BB (BB86) - BB8624. And I think the reference to Shimano standards refers to the frames being made to fit Shimano cranks. I don't think it refers to the ability to use Shimano cranks in Rotor BB and vice versa.
