Hi, I'm new to commuting and just bought a new bike. I'm looking for a rear bike rack that will hold a pannier but I want to know which ones are compatible with disk brakes and a small frame size (14.5"). I've been finding that a lot of the reviews say that the rack is not wide enough or the fit to the seat isn't good. Please advise. Thank you.
