This is great,
I Love riding behind a hot chick, It is my excuse to ride slow, very slow and it is a great way to improve balance, no myth there.
I also like the post about the MTB guy that rides 200 miles per week and goes 20mph riding against a headwind.
Yeah right..
Everyone on the forum is an expert and commutes at 20mph in all conditions.

Myth: there are no thread drifts at BF.
I was waiting for the 1st thread drift and I wasn't disappointed...lol

As far as pedaling in circles, I may feel like I am, but probably I'm not, even when I consciously think about the 4 steps.
I just try to keep constant pressure on the bottom bracket and push down heavy with 1 foot while keeping my other foot light while it is going up.
I guess if you think about it, your feet are going to travel in circles anyway because there is no where else for them to go...
'round and 'round.
I also don't get pedaling in squares, I have actually tried this but can't do that either...lol
