"Cycling will save your life". Lifestyle changes will change your life but cycling like a 21 year old at age 59 will shorten your life. Or 2nd Amendment style cycling (you can have that lane when you pry it from my cold dead feet). Cycling in moderation with lifestyle changes will improve your life.
