So going out to measure the chainline I see this. I removed the bottom bracket and realize that this section jutting out on the drive side can't go in any further. I suppose I could do some serious filing inside the BB part of the frame to make it go in all the way, but somehow I don't like the idea of that as a long-term solution. I think I'll contact Nashbar tomorrow. A different BB that goes in flush might do the trick.
