Take it easy this week, take Thursday and Friday either completely off or very easy/short rides. I would ride Tues/Wed if you normally do.

You can't gain any fitness at this point, you can only make yourself tired. You already did the work, you are ready. Just don't go out too hard on Saturday - ride "too easy" for the first 2 hours, then do whatever you want. Enjoy your ride!
