That is a vintage frame and a nice one too, PX10 from 1980s I'd guess. Someone has completely modernized it into a "retro roadie". As such, it doesn't have collector value, but has rider value so to speak. On Craiglist here, I think that would fetch $300 pretty easily, maybe up to $400 if someone values the Vector wheels.
