I ride probably 15 to 20 miles a day, which is really not that much. However, rbnjr, I think the amount of miles you should ride is not as important as the amount of time on the bike.

It doesn't really matter. What matters is that you get out and ride and enjoy each mile of every ride. Some riders want to go fast some want to go farther. Whichever you choose isn't important because it's always about the ride.
