i'd buy a donor bike with a cyclone on it, like this one with a bent fork i bought for $60:
it came with suzue hubs, rando bars, takagi crank, and suntour barcons.
buying a cyclone by itself on ebay can be really expensive, especially this time of year -- maybe twice as much as a campy nuovo record.
in the meantime, buy a suntour vx series for the rear.
whatever you do, give the vintage derailleur a full overhaul.
