I'm in downtown St Louis for several weeks and won't have much time to ride (so I didn't bring my own bike), but is there a place that rents serviceable road or cross bikes in case I can get a spare morning or afternoon?

And if there is, any decent MUPs near the shop? (I'd be riding with toe clips - shoes/pedals are at home).
