30 psi sounds absolutely exhausting to make roll, and impossible to go fast. I've ridden no tubeless bikes ever, as no shops I've been to carry them. And on the 30 psi point again, i have 60-80 psi range tires on my uptown, and 60 feels like riding a bike with wheels made of jell-o. Do not want.

The mt bike thing is all about traction. With lower tire pressure the tire conforms to the surface for great grip. It it usually not about speed.
