You can always fit connectors somewhere along the wiring, so that end is easy. As for the mounts, depending on the type, some sort of quick and easy to remove hardware can be improvised, like maybe a simple wingnut. It's a matter of how you define quick and whether you're willing to leave an unused mounting bracket on the bike more than any technical barrier.

Often being a mechanic isn't about simply buying and installing something ready made, but working with what you have and improvising modifications that fit your needs.
