As I've said a few times recently, more isn't necessarily better. I've been more than satisfied with the 60-or-so lux output from my headlights. If they were rated in lumes, they might be 100 or so. You have to see them work to understand why I like them so much.
What kind of dynamo puts out 8 watts? Even though I don't feel I need it, I'd love to know about it!
