Not certain about the Bell Uni chain, however the Bell derailleur chains I've used were Taya chains that shifted great, however wore out rapidly. Back in the day(70's-80's) Sedis 'Oro'(gold) were the go-to chain for all the bike freaks, and not expensive, but alas, those days are gone forever. Perhaps you can locate a NOS one on flea bay.
