Hi Everyone. Thanks for the well wishes. I am pretty much fully recovered, I was walking over 4 miles within a week of the TIA and by the end of the second week up to 25+ on the bike.

Yes the chocolate is no fat, I am more or less on a low cholesterol/ fat diet and I have been very good.

The medical requirements seem to be getting tighter and in some cases ridiculous. I can't drive for a year but if I had Angina and was taking Nitro I could get a release to drive. Weird.
