I test rode one of those bikes and Di2 had a nice feel. How does the $3k compare to the prices of the other two bikes? There's nothing wrong with Ultegra or 105. The Di2 seems like a good deal, if you really like the ride compared to the other two bikes. IIRC, Di2 adds about $1500 to the price of an Ultegra equipped bike.
