And imho, I would not(!) trust the calorie expenditure listed.
~900/hr is a bunch.
I learned this the hard way. I was using Endomondo and thought I had a much larger deficit than is even possible. I now use a heart rate monitor and strava. The results seem much more realistic and the scale has started to move down.... when i'm disciplined to use MFP to record food.
