The road rash is healing and so are the broken bones. I am already riding my indoor trainer. My wife and kids are telling me to give up cycling and I understand their concern but I will continue to ride because I am in great shape for my age- BP= 116/53, resting pulse= 43, Height 5'5, weight 136. I ride and keep up with the B group= 18+average speed. Crap happens, I made a bad decision, everything has a risk. What do you think?

I think you are in terrific cardiovascular condition. I also think that if you want to reduce your chances of crashing in the future, try a little wider tire and a little less PSI. At 136lbs weight and 110PSI in your tires, I cant even guess how small/narrow your contact patch is. No way to know if a wider patch would have helped you in the case, but in general you ride (almost literally) a razor's edge.

Also, your bike must ride like a ton of bricks.
