I was going to suggest the same thing. Much lower pressure, certainly no higher than 80 front/90 rear assuming 23 mm tires. Maybe even less.
I am nearly 100 lbs heavier than the orig poster, so I didnt want to by tell him that ride at 90psi. Of course, my tires are 32mm. Seems to work out ok.
