were you able to locate any catalogue materials or specifications sheet(s) which helped you to date your bicycle?

i have a lygie distaffer which i suspect to date from right around the same time as your machine. it is made of a.l. columbo db tubing with campagnolo 1010 ends and has a campagnolo record headset. took it in as a framseset with a few bits hanging on. it is blue flambouyant with an antique white head tube. are serial numbers an aid to dating on these cycles?
