I'm the exact same size as you. I have really broad shoulders as well. What I have found with traditional brands is when in the riding position, the straps that run over the shoulder pinch.
Based on feedback in this forum from other big and tall riders, I went with Aerotech Tall Man's Top Shelf XL bib shorts. They were the first to fit comfortably and I'm a Aerotech convert. Hope this helps.
