I think the cables are one and the same. The package was marked "dolf van vliet" and "Specially made by S.J. Clark (Cables LTD), Birmingham, England". I liked them for the very-close-match blue hue. I discarded the large white-plastic ends and routed these through the normal Campy metal ferrules.

I cut off the outer covering on a discarded piece, shortened it and used it as the rear derailleur housing.
