Ti Litespeed frame, most of the parts are from a dirt cheap donor stumpjumper. DX rear derailleur, hubs, crank. I don't remember what the front derailleur is, but I recall getting it from a $1 box at a swap. Origin 8 dirt drop clones, Xt cantis I had in a box, Suntour commands (one of the few bits that cost anything). Generic seatpost, used tektro levers and $2 box stem.



I think it's awesome. It's not a looker, but it does it all and it does it well. I don't like discussing what I paid for things, but it was very cheap considering the totality.
