I have a 12t as my smallest cog, so I spin out pretty fast on decent hills (downhill). If it's a long stretch, I'll do a fair amount of coasting. If I know there's an uphill right after the downhill, I pedal as quick as I can. Save some energy on that next climb. I know I'm out there to excise, however, everytime I climb with a group, I'm reminded that it's not my strong suit. I'll take all the help I can get!
