Wow huey, way uncalled for. But, that's what you get when you stand in the armpit of humanity that is the internet.
OP, I'm short of stature and light weight. What I figured out years ago was that I didn't want/need a thick chamois.
What's worse is a wide chamois, wide pads bunch and/or pinch on either inner thigh. I tried some triathalon shorts, they have basically a few layers of extra material as a pad and they feel great. From there I went to Tri Suits and use them as bibs.
You can get them in colors or plain black, under a jersey they look like every other bib. I wait for sales on them, they are coming on now as Tri season is ending. Best brands for me are 2XU (Endurance Suit), Sugoi (Tri Short), Zoot (from R.E.I.) and Desoto (Forza Tri Suit), I have one of all of those, two of the 2XU suits..
I really scored on the Desoto Men's Forza tri suit, they were about $198, got them on sale for about $73 at Swimoutlet last winter, they felt the best by far. I'll pick up another one if the price falls like that again. They are the red/black/white pair on this page:

To try, get some cheap tri shorts and see if a minimalist pad is for you.
I have regular cycling bibs for rides over fifty miles, I tolerate them, my preference is a very thin pad.
For thin pad regular cycling bibs, I want to try Boure bibs, look at the thin pads in these, scroll to the bottom of the page:

They are pricey and I haven't tried them. I have too much kit already, but will buy another Desoto suit if they have another sale on them. Good luck with your search
