I stop. If I'm heading in the opposite direction I'll stop square in the middle of the lane to (hopefully!) prevent any cars behind me from blowing through as well.

Doesn't happen very often though. Maybe 2 or 3 school buses in the last 5 years. I'm usually heading to work before the buses start running.
