I think I slipped into starvation mode!! Help!
I think I've entered starvation mode. I've been stuck at the same weight (fluctuating a few pounds) for the past 4 weeks. I've been eating a paleo lifestyle for three months now. Lost 20 pounds and have another 20 to go. Spent last week tracking my intake and I am eating between 400 and 600 calories a day. Mostly protein and maybe 25-50g. in carbs. No sugars, no processed food. I am just not hungry anymore.
At first, we thought I had a gluten intolerance but now I am second guessing myself. I'm gonna up my carb intake and boost my calories to about a grand. I've stepped up the pace of the bike and aiming for 80-weeks (compared to 40-ish).
I know there is are followers and nay-sayers of paleo here on the forum, so please keep this constructive. I need to back on track!!
