mrsbrowngw Via2 weighs with 4130 steel frame is about 4lbs lighter than her Aluminium 2010 Cypress (suspension fork). The SRAM components on the Via may be a step up from the Shimano Altus?on her Cypress as well. The Cypress when new was $420 CDN. There was a range of Cypress models at the time. The Via has strong painted steel fenders, a real plus. We fitted Planet Bike fenders to her Cypress.
