Its funny... this past holiday weekend I had a few beers. First dirty carbs since starting Paleo. Woke up this morning feeling the best I had in weeks. Had some power on the ride in. Just ate a cup of rice and I'm gonna try a turkey sandwich with lost of greens for lunch tomorrow.
Hence the reason I am second guessing my gluten-intolerance theory.
I looked at the gluten free diet when my boys were little. They have autism and it was said the diet would help. One of the things is that you must go 6 months without glutens to see any effects. I am not sure to the truth of that but I knew I couldn't follow it.
You may find that certain carbs may bothering you that others. If you try one out for a few days and see how you feel. Eliminate that one and try another. Or it could be the combination of some that bother you. Unless you have Celiac Disease, finding the culprit is trial and error.
