Hey, recently my freind got a SID race , and he by mistke cut the steerer tube too short. Dont ask why but he did it by mistake. I know of a quill/adaptor thing. His steerer tube is 1 1/8" and thise adaptor thing is supposed to like use the quill system to hold the steerer tube up, and instead of turning into a stem, it basically extends the steerer tube, making it able to attach a 1 1/8" stem. I know something exists, but i cant put my finger on it. Anyway if anyone of you have a suggestions, thanks.
