If money isn't an object, and you want carbon, Zipp 404 clydesdales. I'm over 200lbs and ride regular Zipp 404's, without any maintenence issues. The clydesdale version should be pretty bulletproof, particularly if you're lighter. However if maintenence, longevity is your issue, I'd go with a traditionally spoked wheel, and aluminum rim.
