If its just in the clearcoat, you should be able to buff it out. Get some rubbing compound (wax with mild abrasive in it) and rub it out then follow with a good wax to remove any swirl marks from the rubbing compound. You may just try the wax first and see what kind of results you get. Clear nail polish as suggested won't hold up for very long.
