I was in St. Louis for the Final Four in April. If you have a car head over to St. Charles and ride on the Katy Trail. There is a small downtown area which has a bike shop with hybrid rentals. The bikes leave alot to be desired but the ride was great. We got a map from the shop and rode on the trail around a big lake and back. Great day of riding. Have fun
