If you want to replace your wheels, feel free to do so, but wheels are both more expensive to replace and also have far less of an impact on ride quality compared to going from crappy tires to better tires.

As someone else said, I would first only replace your tires. Ride that for a bit, see what you think. If you want to replace your wheels feel free, but it doesn't usually make any sort of big difference. At least by doing them separately you'll get a feel for whether it's worth it or not. Wheel replacement is far more involved than tire replacement.
