IF the smallest cog is a 14T, you likely have a Free Wheel, not a cassette.
That pretty much limits you to a 13T cog for the smallest.
IF you really have a cassette, there are 11-XX available.

You might not have chain stay clearance for a larger ring. Look before you buy one.
