I've used my PowerBlocks for deads and some squats. Loading is a little forward on the squat.


Ride home, Some of the BP med wore off and I saw a max(local) Heart Rate, all of 114...
Interesting that both speed and perceived effort followed whatever the max heart rate of the moment was...

Felt different on hills, had to try different strategy for them, to easy to blow out...
Flats were ok, even enjoyable...
