HooaH! bars have a lot of carbs/slow carbs and very little fiber. They'll get through your system faster. PowerBars are the same in slow carbs with a tad more sugars, same protein and fat.

Zone Perfects have a lot of protein(15g in a 50g bar), very little fiber.
