What is so hard to grasp is that you are eating 400-600 Cal per day. Can you list all that you eat on a typical 400-600 Cal day?
This should be a very short list, for example a 600 Cal day would be:
2 slices of bread
1 slice of cheese
1 cup of milk
1 cooked chicken breast
