same here before I rode home a coworker was laughing saying "it is starting to rain what are you going to do!?" I said ride home in the rain and probably slower than usual. when I left i felt some rain drops but rode away from the dark clouds. It did rain a lot last night but I was safe at home by that time.


the humidity this mornign was rough> I had it condensing on my glasses at every stop.

I rolled my legs last night with a triggerpoint therapy wheel. I bought it with my $25 rewards at Fleet Feet sports. I dont use it regularly enough. My legs instantly felt better and this morning I had more power in the legs. I have to remember to do that more often.
