I've been hit by automobiles twice, but two completely opposite vehicles: Mini Coupe & old Chevy pickup. The Chevy said sorry on-site, and Mini tried telling the insurance company that it was my fault. That didn't statement wasn't hard to argue against because I was making a left turn, and she hit my left hand. (I hadn't started turning and she was going so fast she didn't stay on her side of the road.)
