As I already noted, there are numerous threads regarding BB30 creaks/noises, including some issues not shared by other types of bottom brackets. The search I suggested will likely point you to a solution.

Yes, normal to not be able to duplicate the deflection that occurs under high pedal pressure on the stand. Easy to check on chain rubbing the front derailleur - temporarily back off the outer limit screw on the front derailleur and increase the "tension" so that the derailleur is further out. But be careful when shifting to the large ring to test so that you don't overshift.
