This should be a very short list, for example a 600 Cal day would be:
2 slices of bread
1 slice of cheese
1 cup of milk
1 cooked chicken breast
It was lots of eggs, some meat, fruit and veggies. That's it. No processed food, no gluten products, little dairy.
To that end, I switched some things up this week... more carbs like rice, some whole wheat breads, etc. Logging an average of 1500 cal/day now. Feel tons better.
