Problem is, manufacturers arn't. I spoke with Trek while looking for a bike and they informed me that shipping to other countries was strictly prohibited and any store doing so would break their dealer agreement.

Granted, Trek isn't Giant, but most of these manufacturers seem to have the same policies.
