I can interpret any Schwinn serial number but no nothing on these bikes. From the photo's I've seen on Internet, decal style and positions lines up for 77-78 period. I have no clue, appreciate your help. TK
If you search "centurion serial number database" on google you will find the dating info here and on wikipedia. The second digit is the year of manufacture. You have "N0B" where you can see the zero. You have a 1980, same as my Elite. I hope that helps.
