Rear Wheel Disk covers. Advice?

I posted in the Triathlon forum but have not received any responses. This group is much more active and has some very strong opinions, so I'm sure some one will have some good advice. I tried a search, but no luck.

So next to a properly fitted TT bike, the evidence is pretty clear that rear disk wheel is one of the "best" investments for you can make for a Time Trial. A true tubular dedicated disk rear wheel is the pinnacle of performance, but the incremental addition of "tubular" and "true rear disk" total's to about 25% of the advantage. 75% of the advantage can be gained by adding disk covers to the rear wheel for a huge fraction of the price.

I'm looking for feedback on disk covers I can add to my rear road racing wheels to gain that incremental advantage with minimal investment.

Any feedback?
