At that weight you shouldn't be having such problems. When I was that weight I road 20.5mm & 23mm tires without problems, and I bet I was 5-10 psi off the posted max pressure. You may have problemactic tires, bad rim tape, or your riding style (going through potholes fully weighted) is the culprit. If your roads are that bad you've got no choice but to get some overbuilt tires like Gatorskins.
