Yea it's a lot lighter frame than people give it credit for. With the retrogression fork and some not so light Weinmann DP-18s/thickslicks. I'd still say it's 21 lbs at the most. I got 19-21 lbs on my bathroom scale. The Pake folk don't much care for weight weenie talk. They are all about butter soft commuter bikes that eat pot holes for breakfast. Mission accomplished.
