Since I haven't been able to find a picture of a bike similar to mine with the new fork, I called Trek (Denmark) to ask about the replacement fork and where my bike was "in the system", the guy I talked to was really helpful and could tell me that I would be receiving a white RST Vita with hydraulic Lock-out. But he also told me that my LBS hasn't filed the a claim for my bike even though they told me they did... So I guess I will be waiting for a while...
